By placing an order or making a purchase of a JONR product (the “Product”) at this website or other JONR official self-operated stores, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below along with JONR’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
For Products purchased from an authorized JONR retailer or other third-party platforms (such as Amazon), please contact the original retailer for their specific return & refund policy.
JONR is dedicated to providing innovative cleaning solutions that simplify your life. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unused, with all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
How to Start a Return

- Authorization: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items (clearance or discounted products).
- Gift cards.
- Note for JONR products: Used consumables (such as opened cleaning solutions or heavily used brush rollers) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union: 15-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without a justification.
- The item must still meet the eligibility criteria: original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Inquiries: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us at service@jonrtech.com.
