lf you want to change or cancel your orderwhich has already been placed and is currently awaiting pick up or in transit.please contact us and we will try to reach out to our shipping manager to checkif we can have the package recalled from our distribution center. lf by chancethe package is delivered, please contact us so that we can issue you prepaidreturn labels to ship it back to us. As soon as we have the unit back at ourwarehouse, the refund will be processed in 2-4 business days

Why does vacuum not work?

Please make sure the vacuum been chargedwell.
Please make sure the power had been turnedon.
The vacuum comes with a vertical/tiltswitch. Turn it on, gently press the brush cover and tilt the vacuum cleanerback to start working. Hold the vacuum upright to suspend work.

What should l do if the battery status indicator does not light up while charging?

Please make sure the power adapter isplugged in properly and connected to the base normally.
Please place the vacuum back in the baseagain.

Can wet dry vacuum without water as well?

Yes, xQ02 can be used as a dry vacuum only,but usually suggest customers put clean water in tanks to better maintainvacuum performance.

Can the battery be replaced?

No, the battery and vacuum are integrated

Why the vacuum does not spray water?

Please make sure the water tank has beenfilled with enough water. please do not fill the water tank fully
Please make sure you used the right modeWet Mopping Mode.

Why does the suction power become weak?

There might be blockage with the filter,roller brush, and tube; Please check and clean those parts in time
The roller brush cover, filter, and cleanwater tank have not been installed in place. Please checkand install thosecorrectly.

Why does the vacuum make a strange noise?


There might be too much water in the dirtywater tank; Please empty it in time.
The main suction opening might be blocked:Check and clear any blockage

How to switch languages and adjust the volume of xQ02?

Short press the voice switch button toswitch the voice function. The default voice broadcast function is turned onwhen Booting. And tap the voice switch to turn off the voice broadcast.

How do the self-clean for XQ02?

The self-cleaning function can be enabledonly when the vacuum is charged and the battery level is more than 10%
Place the vacuum upright on the chargingbase after designated cleanups and make sure the clean water tank is full
Step on the self-cleaning button on the top near theroller brush, the self-cleaning indicator lights up on the screen, and the self-cleaningstarts.
The vacuum will continue to recharge afterthe self-cleaning is finished.
