Troubleshooting for JONR ED12
1.Turns off after running for just seconds.
#1Confirm the number of red light flashes
3 Times: If the red light flashes three times, kindly provide more details to the seller for help.
4 Times: Try cleaning the dirty water tank again and wipe off any debris from the tube until the machine starts up normally.
5 Times: The brush roller may be entangled by foreign objects. Please clean the brush and the brush mouth.
2.Not spray water
1. Remove the brush cover at the bottom and test whether the water comes out normally from the spout under power-on state or self-cleaning state.

If water comes out normally
Clean or replace the brush cover, clean or replace the brush.

If water does not come out
Press the blue cap of the bucket to see if the water comes out normally.

If the water does not come out normally, there may be a problem with the bucket or the blue plug.
